We ship all UK orders via tracked delivery. Please note that we will only dispatch to the name & address that is given, incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery.

Please note that any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be posted out the following Monday, please bare this in mind when selecting your delivery option as this may alter expected delivery time. For more information regarding delivery options please contact the store directly. Please allow extra time for sale items to be shipped, as these are stored in an external warehouse. All items are subject to availability.

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2pm on the same day, orders placed after this time will be collected the following day. *excluding sale items*

  • UK First Class- 1 to 2 Working days £5.00
  • UK Next Day - Order before 2pm Mon to Thur  - £7.00
  • UK Saturday - Order before 2pm Friday  - £12.50
  • Euopean Delivery - 5 to 10 Working days - £12.00
  • Rest of the world - 7 to 14 Working days £18.00

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it
within 10 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be returned in a resaleable condition with no signs of wear. Items must have the garment tags still attached and be returned in the original packaging, this includes shoe boxes. In the interest of hygiene we do not accept returns on socks, tights or swimwear or hair bows. We do not accept returns for items that have been washed incorrectly (please check washing instructions on all garments before handling).


Orders qualifying for Free Shipping

Please note any orders placed using a free shipping code with a minimum order value will be susequent to a deduction of postage costs in the event of returns. If the value of the order falls below the minimum order amount to qualify for the original postage offer or in the event of a return of the full order. The cost of standard postage is £3.95.


Returns Policy

Please ensure that shoes are tried on soft clean surfaces and when trying garments on be sure to not come into contact with perfumes, sprays, creams or other chemicals. Any items that are returned to us beyond this point or do not meet these requirements will not be refunded or exchanged. Items will be held until postage is paid for the item to be returned to you.

SALE section

We do not offer a refund or exchange on any sale items bought instore. For sale items bought online we will offer an exchange or credit only.



How to return your items to us

Please note you are responsible for the safe return of your item(s) to us and any shipping costs incurred for returning items to us. We advise using a recorded delivery service (such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery from the UK), we will not accept responsibility of any losses or delays in delivery. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed, it is the buyers responsibility to cover return shipping. We will not take responsibility for packages where the postage is unpaid.

Once your item(s) have been received we will process the refund. Please allow upto 10 working days for your account to be credited with the refund.

In Store Purchases we are happy to exchange or provide a credit note for full priced items only. We do not offer refunds when purchasing in store for all items. We don't offer exchanges or credit notes for sale items.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer an exchange on any products returned to us within 7 days of delivery, if the requested item is in stock. All items must be returned in a resaleable condition with no signs of wear. Items must have the garment tags still attached and be returned in the original packaging, this includes shoe boxes. In the interest of hygiene we do not accept returns on socks, tights or swimwear.

Payment Plans

We offer a easy payment plan scheme, which allows you to spread the cost of items over 4 weeks. This can be done through visits to the store or by payment over the phone.

Payment plans are offered on goods with a total value over £80, a non-refundable 30% deposit is required in order to secure your items. The balance of the goods must be paid in full by 4 weeks or items will be placed out for resale, Any payments or deposits will be lost as these are non-refundable. Please ensure you choose the correct sizes as we do not offer a refund or exchange on any payment plan items.

Please note: It is your responsibility to make the full payment failing to do so will result in loss of items and deposit, we will not chase any payments. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE
